Stand in front of a high pulley machine with a bar attached.

Grab the bar with both hands, arms fully extended and palms facing each other.

With a slight bend in your knees, lean back a bit and put weight on your heels.

Pull the bar towards your chest while keeping your chest up, shoulders back and elbows pointing back.

Extend your arms back to the starting position in a controlled manner, then repeat the process for the targeted number of repetitions.
