Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.

Hold the barbell at shoulder level with palms facing forward.

Press the barbell straight up above your head until your arms are fully extended but not locked.

Slowly lower the barbell back down to shoulder level.

Repeat the upward press and slow release for the programmed number of reps.
