Hi there, I'm your trainer, Rachel! My passion for health and wellness began in 2016. After a sports-related injury, I found myself over 70 lbs above my pre-injury weight. After experiencing my own weight loss and health journey, I developed a love for the fitness industry. My goal as your trainer is not only to help you achieve your goals, but also to be a resource and a friend. I am a certified personal trainer and an exercise physiologist, and I also have a master's in kinesiology. I pair weightlifting and functional exercises to help my clients achieve their goals and develop a lifelong skillset to use outside the gym. I look forward to working with you!
