Hi, I’m Jill. I’m a certified personal trainer with over four years of experience working with a wide variety of clients. I have specialized training in kinesiology (the study of activity/ body movement) and nutrition. I believe wellness comes from within, and it’s important to focus on all aspects of health from physical, to mental, to nutritional and everything in between. I dedicate time to make meaningful connections with clients in order to create a personalized program to help them feel their best, and build the most fulfilling life they deserve.
