Hi, I'm Farrah! I am a mother of 3, and married to the love of my life. I also have 2 furbabies--a Siberian cat and a Maltese Poodle. Our family loves to stay active and healthy. I grew up surrounded by fitness. My mom was a group fitness instructor and even held workout groups in our home! In high school, I developed an interest in weight training. I ended up pursuing a fitness education and immediately jumped into the training world. I also competed and coached in the bodybuilding world for almost a decade. What I love most is helping people with daily fitness routines.
